The 2026 Hong Kong Island Flag Day will be held on Saturday, February 28. All funds raised will support the HKBU's diverse and ongoing services for the visually impaired across Hong Kong.
Hong Kong Blind Union is the first self-help organisation formed and managed by visually impaired persons in Hong Kong. About 50% of our annual operation cost is funded by the government. The rest of our income depends on donations from the general public. To achieve the mission of "Equality, Independence & Opportunities", we appeal to you for your generous support.
